Dr. Thompson and his staff are so kind and gentle. I REALLY hate dental visits but this was actually quite pleasant. I didn’t feel judged at all and I felt like he was very thorough. Thank you! I’ll be brining the whole family back here! Update 1/30/23: I am blown away by this office. I had several procedures done today including 4 wisdom tooth extractions, calculus removal, a gum cleanout, a filling, and removal of an old permanent retainer from when I had braces. I had apparently forgotten to pick up my sedative from the pharmacy before the appointment, but they said it was no big deal and they had some on hand. Every single staff member plus Dr. Thompson were so gentle, kind, and thorough. Nothing began until I was sedated and numb enough to be able to cope with my fear of dentistry. They checked on me often to make sure I wasn’t in pain, were very kind to my husband who they allowed to sit through the whole procedure, and communication was straightforward and clear. Despite the fact that my face feels like I got a 1-2 punch from Mike Tyson, I am thrilled at just how much healthier and happier my mouth looks after today. I’ll admit it brought tears to my eyes after being so afraid of the dentist and so self conscious for so long. They went above and beyond to even made sure I was cleaned up and put chapstick on me after everything - so thoughtful. I will never go to any other office.
